[/b]Okay, I was wondering if there is anyone out there who has this as well. When I fill up my mouth with air and exert more pressure on my right cheek a little bit of air actually feels (which I know it is) like it's escaping and entering another tiny pocket, right by my ear. I feel certain that it's still in my mouth area, but is this unusual? What is it called? Could someone help me? thanks![/b]

So funny! I was just searching for what this could possibly be. I have had the same thing on both sides, noticed it when I was a kid. The right side has kind of closed up now, but I can still feel the hole. The left side still takes in air and then I can feel bubbles on my cheek as the air is coming out.
Wow, nice to see I am not the only one! I have this air pocket also. When I was younger I had to apply much more pressure to fill my air pocket (in my left cheek). I have never had one in my right. Now days the darn thing fills up randomly, and it hurts too!
I also have a Jacobson organ. This is tiny holes in the roof of my mouth. Think it is linked?
