I would like to know something more about the extracted whey protein and its use in the process of muscle mass growth. I guess my interest lies in a fear to take any of body building food supplements. This whey protein sounds somewhat natural and I hope it really is. So, did anyone have any experience with it what are the effects? Does it have any negative side effects?

I can only give you several facts about 100Whey Protein product, which is my brother using. I read on the info sheet it is new and refined version of previous Whey Protein. Even though brothers friends, also body builders, say that it tastes awful, I tried it and I think it tastes great. It comes in three flavors strawberry, chocolate and vanilla! I do not know much about its effects, but brother explained me that it contains more hydrolyzed whey peptides, which are absorbed more easily in the stomach.
