Extreme discomfort and what is this clear snot like stuff?

For a little less than a month now I’ve been having extreme discomfort and pain randomly after I urinate. I’ve also noticed this odd clear snot like discharge. I don’t know what is happening.

Hey I have the same mucus stuff too...Its been like that ever since I started taking this bc....i have no clue why?
