It is a tough world and this new study proves it. The poll of 2,000 personnel officers showed that 93% of bosses prefer to hire thin workers.

Over 90% of bosses believe that obesity affects productivity and that overweight people lack self-discipline. This is why they would rather choose a slim worker over a fat worker with the same working abilities. 10% of bosses wouldn’t want an overweight employer to meet a client and would sack one just for being obese.

The survey shows us that fat people are given less opportunities no matter their ability or experience and that weight is often taken into consideration whether we like it or not.

Therefore, there is only one thing we can do and we have known this all along: diet and exercise!!!!
