FLUDARABINE (Fludara) is a good chemotherapy agent

Some people from my support group are convincing me that Fludarabine (Fludara) is the best medication ever in treatment of CLL (chronic lymphocyte leukemia). Is it really? After reading some articles, I am not that sure. I have only few days to decide my next therapy treatment with my doctor and this is the main reason for investigation of Fludarabine as good or bad chemotherapy agent.

I found that some articles too, about Fludarabine (Fludara) recent research and read them. The results of the research are not that much convincing. It seems that "our" cancer cells have "done their homework" and get used to drugs we are taking. The most important thing is; Fludarabine refractory is not promising thing. Fludarabin is not that good chemotherapy agent as it used to be.
