Facisotomy recovery 5mths, still have problems

Hey there,
I am recovering from a fasciotomy for the last 5 mths. When I first came out of the operation my foot was numb on the arch and completly numb in my big toe and that side of my foot. Since i have been walking on my numb foot. This had led to difficulties. all my toes are curling up. as i have no feeling i am unable to straighten them. i am worried that this will be a permanent problem. i do have long toes and my toe nails have gone black due to pressure on then. i have consulted with a pediotist and she could not advise me. Has anyone else gon through this?
