Fainting with an attack

I have recently started working in a company placed on the 20th floor. The biggest problem is the elevator. It seems that I have elevator phobia, closed space fear I mean. As soon as I get inside I start breathing fast, I sweat and choke, my knees start to tremble. I am afraid of fainting that might come with an attack. What should I do?

I strongly recommend that you visit a doctor. These conditions can be treated with medicaments with high rate of success. Psychotherapies sessions are also included in the treatment and that is where you must show will for improvement. Behavioral method in psychotherapy have proven to be very effective for these kind of problems (combined with antidepressants). But, these therapies need time to show their effect, at least three months so be patient.
