Fallopian Tube not function. still can get pregnant?

I had been told that I have cyst at both of my fallopian tubes.
And the operation to remove the cyst is done 2 weeks ago.
The doctor told me that both of my fallopian tube are not function.
Wonder if I still can get pregnant in normal way?
