Fatigue and no energy

I fell very tired all the time with no energy at all. All I want to do is sleep and I also have fatigue irritability, or a loss of concentration. I hag e problems at work because I cant keep up with others. I am 29 years old, female. I did some reading and I think I might have lupus. Is it possible? I’ll appreciate some tip how to deal with fatigue.

I guess it is possible that you have lupus, but that should be evaluated by your physician. Try to analyze what causes your fatigue and lack of energy. It can be everything from, anemia, muscle weakness, emotional stress, not eating properly or not enough sleep or overdoing things. Are there any of these things that you can change, if overdoing things worsens your fatigue, then try slowing down and not doing so much at once. Learn your body's signs of getting tired and Take breaks during or between tasks, before you get too tired.
