Hi, I am 28 old guy and I experienced fear of driving. Is this totally uncommon because I can’t seem to overcome it. Is there anyone with similar problems?
Hello, I have it too. And if you don’t know this is pretty common state, trust me. There are lots of people to experience this phobia on highways or when they are crossing bridges and stuff. The problem lays in the fact that driving is unconscious activity and when Fear of Driving comes right in, the person start to doubt in his own driving abilities and driving becomes harder and harder. You must try to relax in some way and Fear of Driving will be history.
