As I heard perimenopause is suppose to be a period in life of each women and it should be natural. But, lately I am feeling kind disabled by peri. Can this feeling be because of this or it can be something else? Do you have similar of disability by yourself since you are in this period?

I think that we (the women) are disabling ourselves. And that is why we have that feeling of being disabled. Perimenopause is normal process, which needs to pass, as you said. Everything about this depends of us. If treated as disabling it will eventually become like that. But if you want to fight it, which isn't easy, you will have good chance to succeed.
