I have a problem with feeling fatigue all day long. I feel fatigue even after some light work and have concentration difficulties I am tired even after I’ve slept for about 8 hours and still feeling fatigue all day long. May anyone help with some advice for I feel this fatigue for over than 5 months now and really need to know what to do?

I’ll tell you what you need to do. Go to a doc to get some diagnose for I think you suffer from CFS-chronic fatigue syndrome and it has all chances to become chronic for it lasts so long and it better be treated as earlier as it is possible. Those symptoms you’ve described are exact the same symptoms I had few years ago and was diagnosed with CFS. And my doc told me that my CFS was caused by an untreated chronic infection. So my advice is if you’re aware of some infection you better treat it on time. In my case immune dysfunction was detected and I remember my doc calling it CFIDS-chronic fatigue immune dysfunction syndrome which actually was a result of my untreated infection. And I was also lacking B-complex vitamins such as magnesium or iron and at the end I ended up with magnesium injection. You need to sleep at least 8 hours. I was trying to exercise for I thought it will regain my strength but the results were not like I expected them to be. In fact you shouldn’t do any exercise maybe very light ones, for they make you feel even more fatigue. And give up the sweeties or drinking alcohol or coffee.
