My mother recently complained about her feeling agitated. She is in that problematic age. Her period stopped and she is a kind of different. She is menopausal. I was never too informed about this stuff, but I want to help her. Can you give me some idea how to do this?

What a wonderful daughter you are! I wish I had one like you. How to help your mother? The best way is to support her through this period and try to understand her. She is feeling agitated, because of her hormones. She can also be nervous and could cry all the time. Just say that you love her and that she is the best mum ever, this will help her more then anything. Also talk to your family about this and try with them, to make some kind of strategy during this time.
