Hi everyone. I have noticed the past couple of days that I have been feeling down in the dumps with no real reason why. I also started my period and wonder if that maybe the cause. Has anyone else experienced this?

Okay..good..lol. I have been going between moodiness, sadness, depression, and anger. My poor bf....lol. In an attempt not to take it out on him, I have been quieter than usual and basically sticking to myself. I tend to get irritated over little things when I am at home.

its ok to talk with your bf ...mine gets confused...he asked me the last time I felt like crying "what did I say now?" Smile)
its good to explain that they have nothing to do with all that mess in our heads Smile
