| I feel as if I'm loosing my mind at night, I can't sleep, can't eat, don't want to talk to anyone. It's not just a depression, been there, done that . When morning comes I seem to be alright I am trying to find an apartment and my dad is dying so I know that my stress level is high, but it's not that either. I even did a sleep study and they said that with the medications i'm on I should be sleeping soundly. The computer is new to me and what it can do amazes me and scares me too. Can you help me? |

Hello, smokincarole.
It doesn't seem to me a mental health problem, but a sleeping problem. I bet whats keeping you up is the fear of what the next day will bring i.e. your fathers death.. which i'm sorry to hear and to involve it.
as of feeling ok in the morning, is because you've had no sleep and when you've not slept your either hyper/cheery or half asleep.
My post doesn't seem to be a result to your post but it's just my opinion.
