Hi, I am feeling horrid, after last night’s party. I can’t remember what have I been drinking, I suppose everything that got under my hand. How can I make it easier for me now?

Hi, you must clear up your head from too much alcohol. You can take a lot of water to speed up formation of urine, so alcohol will sooner be excreted. Also, you can take some vitamins and dietary supplements for overcoming troubles after drinking. Do you know that when you are actively drinking your liver has more enzymes to metabolizes alcohol, so you need to drink more to get drunk until the same extent as before. There are many ways to avoid this like mixing alcohol and beverages or eating while drinking.
