Hello! I used to have many problems with my sleep. It was a great problem for me and affected all my daily activities. I was nervous, irritable and I was suffering from daily sleepiness. Then I visited my doctor, he diagnosed obstructive sleep apnea and I started to use CPAP and all my problems were gone. I felt so lightheaded with the use of CPAP with oxygen. Did you feel the same?

Hello! Having a good night sleep is one of the most important things for all people. Any sleep disturbance that lasts for a longer period of time can cause severe health problems. It is good to hear that CPAP solved your problems. I also know some people who use it. They had difficulties to get used to it at first but then they really felt relieved. Actually, CPAP is the most common and effective treatment for obstructive sleep apnea. It delivers slightly pressurized air to keep the throat open during the night.
