Feeling nausea all of a sudden!

After having breakfast today, I felt nausea for no reason . It was an auwful feeling, and it disappeared after two minutes. It happened to me before once long time ago; I asked my doctore, he said it's probably nothing. However, I am not satisfied. Can you help me please?
