Feeling so alone

Ever since my meno started, my relations with people changed in some way. The same thing is happening with my family. No one seems to understand what am I dealing with and how difficult it is. I am feeling so alone. There is no one to talk to or to even drink a cup of coffee. Everybody is avoiding me.

Those feelings of lousiness you are describing, many women have already survived. It is not easy, but it will pass. Problem is that we (the women) are changed and we look on the world with different eyes. I solve my Feeling so alone problem in two ways: first I join in to a support group and the second I had a very serious conversation with my family. In those two ways, I helped my self and made my family to understand my problems.
