Hi, I also have been diagnosed with ADD and have used many stimulants like Concerta, Ritalin and Adderall. At first I felt better, but after some time I needed more and more to get some effects. I felt strange for a while, and I didn’t really like the way it made me feel. Most people that I know say that within a week to ten days these of any of these medications disappear. I suggest you start out with a lower dose that does not give you these symptoms, and gradually increase.
