Hi, I am feeling worthless, depressed ,like there are no more nice, inspiring things in this world. I am so confused and with poor self-esteem, the worst thing is that I know it is not good for me.

Hi, there are always moments in which we are feeling like we don’t matter at all world goes round no matter of you wish. I had divorced and my family has separated, I took this as my great defeat. It made me feel worthless and inadequate parent and partner. Feeling like that is not a solution. You need to go out more and find some reasons why you need to believe in your own ideas and persist in achieving your own goals. If you lost one battle it doesn’t mean that everything is lost. Do the things you usually like to do, and surround yourself by people that you like.
