I have very strange feeling on the tip of my penis when I pee. It is very positing. I am 17 years old and I am not sexually active.

Since it feels “strange” when you pee and you are virgin I guess it could only be a urinary infection. It sounds more like a possible STD... Anyway go to doctor and ER and be examined and treated. It also could be from not cleaning your self very well.
