I'm a 21 year-old female. No illnesses. Once in a while, my sternum will hurt badly for no reason for a few seconds. Also, between my breasts, I find there is pain when I apply pressure.
No reason I should be concerned, right? |

| Hi dark_serenity, amazingly enough I too have been feeling the same pain as you. It is next on my things to get straightened out list. The question I have for you is do you also have a dull pain in your back between your shoulder blades too?? Because that is the pain I have also, like someone has shot an arrow right through to the other side. So if you get an answer It will help here also...and drinks are on me!!! |

| almost everyday my sternum feels really tight...but i'm pretty sure its from sleeping on my side with my arms together. it kinda inverts it. but it feels soooo good to pop it. which i usually do by tightening up my chest and pulling my left arm back a little. the relief is amazing!!! |
