Findings on ultrasound, could they be cyst related?

I had a transabdominal and transvaginal ultrasound done the other day and the report came back and said abnormal masses, cystic lesions and fluid collections are noted along with incidental findings. They also say multiple small cysts in both ovaries. My question to you is can the masses be associated with the cysts? And what are considered incidental findings?
