Well, I don’t believe it’s a spermatocele (epididymal cyst). Epididymal cyst could be noticed as an extra lump or mass above the testicle on one side of your scrotum, or a general enlargement of your scrotum. Symptoms are (if any) pain, swelling, or redness of the scrotum or a feeling of pressure at the base of the penis.
Generally, spermatoceles are not usually dangerous and are treated only when they cause pain or embarrassment or when they decrease the blood supply to the penis, which is pretty rare. If it gets larger, a spermatocelectomy may be needed (surgical removal).
Anyway, I think it’s just an ingrown hair or sebaceous prominence ... Even spermatoceles is not a big issue, although it looks disturbing.
When did you notice these lumps? Do you feel pain when you press them?
Let us know ...
