Flat stool issue

I have never had any problems with my digestion and with my gastro-intestinal system in generally.
But, lately, I have accidentally noticed that my stool is flat. First I thought it was some one time thing which will pass by it self but I was wrong.
These symptoms are showing them self for over then two weeks
after what I become very frightened and there so I contacted my gastrologist and scheduled an examination.
After several tests, my doctor found nothing to confirm my symptoms and he sent me home.
What should I do? Any advices on this mater?

Well I can tell you that flat stool is very common problem today.
Real cause is unknown but there are some theories.
One of them is that bowel spasm cause this symptom and some neurogenic disorder causes bowel spasm.
It is confirmed that taking a fiber supplement as psyllium can make your stool normal shaped again.
I had similar problems a year ago. My friends told me that taking some fruits with fibers like bananas can make your stool around again and so I did. I experienced miracle.
All my problems were gone in about a week of using fibers. So this is my advice.
Try it because you have nothing to loose. You can take fibers supplements like psyllium, or you can choose natural fiber sources like bananas.
