I had a surgery last year (cancer). I am fine now, thanks to the flax oil capsules. A friend told me flax oil capsules can relieve the side effects and stop development of cancers. They are rich in omega-3 fatty acids, B vitamins, fiber, protein, magnesium, etc.

Hi. I couldn`t agree more. Studies have shown that high amounts of lignan are not a field for developing breast, or colon cancer. Flax seed oil capsules are rich in lignan. Omega-3 fatty acids will lower your cholesterol and they can prevent strokes, heart attacks and thromboses. They can also improve your eyesight and can relieve some causes of asthma. There are, really, many benefits from flax oil capsules you can get. Flax oil capsules can also relieve the symptoms of arthritis and diabetes mellitus.
