I am 20 and I have experienced lower rib pain on both sides for a year now. One day, when I laughed, I had a sharp pain in my lower ribs (in front). Something had actually "popped" or "rolled" out of place. It is very uncomfortable and painful at times.
I have looked at diagrams of floating ribs. Most that I have seen shows that floating ribs don't even wrap around to the front. If that is the case, then why can I feel something "rolling" out of place in the front? What can be done?
