Hey there,
Probably you can have this for being overtired or maybe stressed out as well. But I wouldn't get worried about it I know people who have had it before. My dad had it and he had a tooth pulled that was bothering him and his went away. It’s called something like blefour spasm. Well, I hope this helps, but anyway it could also be something with your eyes so I suggest you to check it with your optometrist to check your dioptre or with other eye doctor.
Btw. a friend of mine had similar issue and his doctor told him that’s a potassum (spelling??) dificiency. You should eat more potatoes and more salt, actual it’s magnesium defitiency. Anyway as I said, check it with your doctor first, I think it’s nothing serious just tiredness.
Good luck |
