Few months ago, I have started to have anal sex with my boyfriend. I have never received anal sex before my current boyfriend, and now we were carefully, using condoms, lube, etc. Anyway, few days ago I have noticed a slight itching around my anus. Beside this, I recently started having very bad lower back pains. I wonder if those are consequences after anal sex, or something else.

I must tell you really should get this sorted out at a Genito-Urinary Medicine (GUM) clinic. My advice is to do it as soon as it is possible. I don't know where you live, so I just advise you to ring your nearest large hospital. Ask them where the clinic is, and make an appointment, that is the only way to find out what that could be. Looking specifically at your problems, each could be caused by different problem. Itching round the bottom can be due to fungal infection, eczema, allergy, piles or some other conditions. The pain and urinary symptoms do suggest possible some of infections. It is difficult to say whether that would be due to anal sex, or that would happen anyway. Usually, anal sex should not be necessary reason for any disorder, so I cannot tell you whether that is strictly because of that. To say it again, visit your doctor without any shame and ask him for treatment if is needed.

Give it a week or so and see how you feel then, my guess is that you will be fine at that point. If something is still bothering you after that point then please see a doc for a visit.
