My wife has trouble with sleeping. One of my colleagues from work suggested trying with acupressure technique. Where are the points, foot?

Here is some technique that she can use. Between her eyebrows, there is a small depression on the level of her brows, right above the nose, apply gentle pressure to that point for a minute. Between her first and second toes, on top of the foot, there is a depression, press that area for a few minutes until she feel a dull ache. Imagine that her foot has three sections, beginning at the tips of toes and ending at the back of heel. Find the distance one-third back from the tips of toes and press on the sole of foot for a few minutes. Massage both of her ears for a minute.
