Forehead Tightening and then 'pinging'

Hi.

Getting increasingly concerned about my forehead problem.

When I get angry, or stressed, my forehead tightens up so much that it has to sort of 'ping' before I calm down. Sounds weird but can't explain it better than that.

Another example would be the game Frustration! You know the bit in the middle which you press to roll the dice, well the thin metal sheet goes like my forehead. It gets so tight, then it feels like it 'pings' and then I feel calm.

Any help would be appreciated.
