the layer of skin covering my penis when slid back (completely revealing the head) is attached to the underside of the glands. i've read some sites and they all usually say that it seperates and/or they seperated it manually. is this correct or do i have a defect? please help.

i wouldnt worry.. mines attached at the bottom too,.. but i dont care that much.. its ok either way..
