Foreskin bump it feels sorta like a varicose vein

Hi, I'm 14 years old and I found a bump that feels like a varicose vein. it appeared overnight after the day I masturbated(3 times). It doesnt hurt and it's been about 4days already. Can anyone help me and is this dangerous?
