Hi guys the info here has been tones of help. I have the same problem as everyone elce here.
What i do is pull it back when im not errect and use moisturizer to keep it moist. I beleave this loosens things up. I still cant get my forskin all the way back but when im fully erect but im working on it.
I wouldn't suggest pulling it back to a point where it tears...just doesn't sound like a good idea. I have once in the past and it healed up just fine but it was sensative for a while.
I havn't had sex with out a condom but with a condom everything is fine. I pull the forskin down as much as i can, unrole the condom abit then push the forskin up and continue unroaling. I think that having the forskin up during sex lessens the sensation alot witch is why im working so hard to beable to get myforskin to a point where i can retract it all the way during sex. |

Likewise, our penises are also different – from one person to another. Not only that size can differ, but the difference can be in shape, shape and the length of the skin, position and size of testicals… And not all foreskins "automatically" retract when we erect. Also, the opposite situation (when foreskin is always retracted, even when penis is not hard) is also very common. So, there's nothing weird or abnormal about remaining covered when you are hard. It is important that it moves or glides or whatever you want to call it. In those cases, there will be no loss of the sensations during sex. Mine is somewhat long as well, and doesn't fully retract when I erect (just 1/2), and I've never had any problems or complaints. Be proud of what you have, bud, and use it well!!! |
that is a huge relief! Mine prorably only goes back ever so slightly when erect so that is great to hear. |

Hi I'm 18 years old and had the same problem. It's called phimosis basically it's where the foreskin can't retract over the head of the penis. Don't worry it's not serious there are creams you can get to help ease the foreskin over the head of the penis. But in most cases you have to be circumcised like I was. It's no big deal so again don't worry. After you have been circumcised you will feel a bit of pain because the head has never rubbed against your underwear before (It's a type of over-sensitive pain like touching the flesh of an open wound). It's not as painful as it sounds. So after a week or so it will slightly desensitize and you should feel no pain. So you can walk or run and feel no pain when your penis happily sways side to side. Hope this helps and the circumcision is a minor operation so although an operation on your penis may seem daunting at first trust me it is a lot of worry for nothing. |

| Also forgot to say that deciding to get circumcised is not an easy choice but maybe this will help. Did you know that without the foreskin you are less likely to catch STD's since most are caught through the cells of the foreskin. Also it is a lot easier to clean your penis and since you don't have a foreskin you are less likely to get yeast infections. Which is a build up of bacteria under the foreskin called smegma and can cause symtons like itching and a soreness of the infected area. |

I also have a bit of skin underneath the head attaching the foreskin the head but this doesnt bother me or hurt i just arent sure if its supposed to be there. |

| Since your foreskin retracts when you are not erect you may be able to use the creams that you can get from your doctor. Not sure what they're called. Before I was circumcised my foreskin would not retract at all it only just showed the tip of the head. There are exercises you can do to help ease the foreskin over the head just look on the internet. But be warned with this problem if you manage to get the foreskin over the head it may get stuck, which is why in my opinion circumcision is probably the best option because it completely gets rid of the problem altogether and to be circumcised is a lot healthier nowadays with std's about. The skin under the head is normal I think because I also had it. Is it like a small line of skin as if the foreskin and head were tethered together slightly. If so then it is no problem. Hope this helps. |

| im 15 and was only properly started thinking the other day properly bout my foreskin, see thing is i was worred at first, wen i first pulled it back it hurt quite a bit and i was a little nervous bout gettin it back over the head of my penis, but i had a go and i did it once since, after reading this i think i will try gentle stretchin, and see what happens. i was thinking bout going to see my doctor about it, cause i was worried......its true though about the porn thing, nearly every pornstar doesnt have foreskin, or already has it pulled back which confuses many people cause yew wonder why your penis doesnt look like his on the film......but after readin this i must admit its really helped boost confidence.....im still a virgin miself, but i hope to change that soon!! |
