Hi,
When my penis is flaccid, my foreskin retracts easily with no problem, so i can clean it and there is no hygene problems.
But when my penis is erect when masturbating, my foreskin does not retract and just stays curved around the tip of the penis.
Im 16 years old and my penis is 7.5-8 Inches long which is above average.
Should i be worried that i cannot retract my penis when its full erect and if so, what can i do to fix the problem.
