i am 15 years old and i am uncircumsized... my penis is about 7 inches when erect nd close to 5 when flaccid... my problem is that when i am erect my foreskin does not retracts ALL the way back. It retracts well past the head of my penis but it does not retract the way it does when im flaccid..is it supposed to? it bunches up a little.. its not that bad but if i try to retract it all the way when erect my frenelum hurts a little... any suggestions of whats wrong? also when i put on a condom it hurts a little because of the same reason... so i put it on when im begginning to get hard.. thx alot in advance

hi im 13 and i had the smae problem man my foreskin would not go past the head after i ripped my frenelum it would not go past the head of my penis i dont know what to offer advice wise but if you have any problems just ask me i have had some problems and might be able to answer some you have sorry i couldnt help mine still wont do it my email is super_strong_jaker@hotmail.com if u wanna talk about it .
