| Hi, my forskin retracts fine when i have an erection, but afterwards, it remains retracted. This is causing some difficulty, as it is painful when the exposed head rubs against my clothes. Should my foreskin be like this? Will it stop hurting eventually? Is there something i can do to make my foreskin cover the head when not erect? Some help? |

It could be to your advantage that your foreskin does not return forward ofits own. Many men wear it back intentionaly. Some of the Japanese ecpect this to be the case and will even wrap around with string to train the foreskin to remain back. It is considered a sign of adulthood to have the head exposed. It looks sexier, is easier to keep clean.
AS the glans gets more time exposed to air the oversensitivity moderates. This has no badd effects on the sensuousness and good feeling, and does not deteriorate sensitivity which develops as you go from paying nom attenetion to having sex and then becoming aroused.
You will also find that after the oversensitivity is gone you will enjoy the sensations you get from any rubbing from motion in your pants. |

| Good answer from Hal, and pretty accurate. I have been through the same thing, and have other relatives, friends and acquaintances that all have too. It's uncomfortable at first, but you'll get used to it and then prefer it for its many other side benefits. |

Charles and Hal are correct. My foreskin was always short and when my penis started to grow with the onset of puberty my foreskin was left behind and stayed permanently retracted for about 16 years until I decided for aesthetic reasons to have a circumcision. I think the retracted look is very sexy and would encourage everyone to give it a try. Being circumcised is even better though  |
