Foreskin tear after anal sex... Abscess

The side of my foreskin got torn during anal sex with my girlfriend. Now the cut has filled with pus... I know tears are rather commen but what should i do in this case? Should i just let this be and heal? or should i clean out the pus? or see the doc?

It might be wise to see a doctor, as embarassing as it might be, you can catch some nasty infections from the things in the anus!

You do not want the abcess to spread! they will probably drain it and give you some antibiotics and a nice clean dressing.
