Foreskin tightness

Hello! Hope I can get some info to ease my mind...
I've been able to retract my foreskin since my early 20's (I'm now 35), but now all the sudden it's become very tight and even cracked in a couple of spots from pulling it back, and a bit painful... once i get it back, it's ok to pull back and forth, but if i leave it alone for a little while, it's back to tightness... Is this normal? Why does this happen? Will I ever regain my flexibility again?

Does it cover your glans now? I also experienced this sudden contraction of foreskin although I didn’t have any problems before. I suffered from the same stuff you do now.

I went to see a doc and first he gave me this corticosteroid cream to put on my glans. He said I would probably have to have a circumcision if I wanted this to disappear. However, I got some relief from the cortiscosterid cream and to be honest I’ve been dreading this circumcision ever since he mentioned it.

Try to maintain good hygiene if that’s even possible. And maybe you should see a urologist to see your options.
