Forskin/"head" issues

Im 18 and ive never completly pulled my foreskin back so my head was exposed. Only partially for cleaning and such. Yesterday a long time friend and I had unporoteced vaginal sex and my foreskin pulled back compellty and now its been retraced for a day. Underneath the head ther seems to be another peice aroudn the same size as the ehad maybe a little bit smaller and its like my head with no whole and it sits dirrectly underneath. Does anybody know what it is and if it should be exposed? AS well does anybody know if it is healthy for my head to be exposed even thought im not circumsied?Also should I or can I pull my foreskin back over?
