I'm a 14 year old male and I have a problem when my penis is unerected the foreskin can be pulled back but when I get an erection the forskin cannot be retracted is there something wrong

It's not a serious problem and many boys have it for a while. You just have to tug on the foreskin as you are trying to pull it back even though it hurts. It is able to be stretched until it can be retracted over the head while hard. Do this a couple of times a day and don't expect it to stretch immediately. It may take several days.
If you want you can put a little vaseline or olive oil on the head because the head is sensitive. Do not use soap, shampoo, or lotion because they are irritating and can burn.
Note: If the skin gets stuck behind the head, squeeze the head between your thumb and fingers. This will cause the head to go soft and the foreskin will return to its normal position. Ricky
