Hi. Organic mercury can be found in many products, such as fungicides and antibacterials. Antiseptics merbromin and thimerosal are the source of organic Fq too. The most common source of organic Fq Poisoning is mercury contaminated fish. If a river, or lake near by is contaminated with methyl-mercury compounds, the mercury will accumulate in the flesh of the fish. The symptoms of Fq Poisoning include nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite/weight loss, abdominal pain, diarrhea, kidney failure, skin burns, irritation of the skin, respiratory distress, swollen gums, mouth sores, numbness in the mouth, hands and feet, drooling, vision, hearing and memory loss, headache and tremors. Treatment includes meds.
