Yes, there is. It is a procedure called frenuloplasty. It would be best if you saw an urologist and spoke to him about it and saw what your options were.

It is actually a minor procedure with very little risk. A few cuts are made and frenulum is prolonged, so that your foreskin is able to retract normally. It is usually done under the general anesthesia, so you wouldn’t feel a thing, only a minor discomfort when you wake up.

When the effects of general anesthesia wear out, and you are checked, you are allowed to go home. You will be fully recovered in 4 weeks time if not sooner and you won’t have any more problems with it at all and you will be able to enjoy without having to bleed or hurt.

is it normal for me to have a frenulum at the age of 14

my frenulum is annoying, everytime i masturbate, part of my forskin is still attatched to the head where the frenulum is and its pulling my penis head to the left. My dad try getting me to pull back the forskin when i was younger which has led to even more problems. The thing is, i don't feel like talking to them about it because they don't seem like the kind of parents who discuss this stuff with their kids although they would seem like to other people so i want to make an appointent with my GP but i don't wanna make them suspicious. any ideas

Yea, it's normal since you are born with one.

has joinded my penis about half way up the bell end. It has connected itself inbetween my foreskin and penis. What should i do with this problem ? Is there any other way apart from circumsiscion ?
