Hi. I`m 34 years old and for the past four years I`ve been suffering from frequent headaches. At first, I thought I have migraine, but somebody told me that chronic headaches are not migraines, but something alike. I can`t stand this dull, achy pain any more. What to do?

Hi. I have Frequent Headaches also and, like you, I`ve never asked for a medical attention. I was treating myself with some over-the-counter pain meds. It works well for me, but for some people it is simply not enough. Doctors can prescribe you antidepressants or anxiety-reducing meds. For severe headaches, aspirin can be helpful. Also, a good massage, meditation, or biofeedback techniques can be really effective.
