Frequent bleeding - HELP PLEASE URGENTLY!!!

I am a young adult in a committed relationship. 2 years ago i had a frequent bleeding. I would have my period 3 times a month. A visit to the doctors confirmed that i had a hormone imbalance, i was giving medications at two months of treatment i had a blood test done, all was said to be alright. This year the problem has returned. I bleed twice in the month of May, three times in the month of June and already i am bleeding for July. I would like some help as to how to deal with the problem. I have returned to my doctors and so far no end to the problem.

My boyfriend and i are currently trying to have a baby and no luck as yet please help us with this problem.
