Frequent urination and dull pain in lower abdomin

I have been suffering from this for months. Out of the blue, I started having very frequent urination and constant burning in my penis that would last all day. I went to a urologist who ordered a urine analysis and culture but everything was normally (also i haven't had any recent sexual experience). He then ordered an ultrasound of lower pelvis and also everything was normal. He then gave me Cipro for 2 weeks, but no change.

I then started having dull pain in my whole lower abdomin area, and then lower back pian and leg main (more like muscle pain). I went to another urologist who gave a me a prostate massage and took a urine sample. Also everything was normal.

So what's wrong with me? This thing is driving me crazy!!! Please help
