This is the time of the year when I am going to lose any excess body fat that is accumulated throughout the past year. What types of foods I have to eat and when? How often during the day I should eat. What is forbidden? I love fruits but I heard that it does not goes with cutting. False or true?

The first thing you need to do is that you are eating at least 5-6 times a day. Between meals, leave 3-4 hours. The carbohydrate sources you are eating have to be complex, taking them at times of increased activity. Fruit is acceptable for some people, not all. Before bed, include a casein protein source (cottage cheese). These are the key tips.
