Hey Everyone,
For the last week near the later part of my shift I have been noticing that I am unable to easily put sentences together. It is almost like I totally loose the ability to think of the proper words. And when I do eventually get something out it does not even sound like it did in my head. To the point where I had to be up front with my staff about how I was feeling because it almost sounded like I was drunk. I am only 26 years old and it is kind of frusterating!!
At first I thought it was something to do with just being tired and over worked, so I started to go to bed earlier then usual. I was getting a solid 8 hours of sleep every night with no luck on what I now call the Fuzzy Head! I think there was one day I went to my computer to do something routine just to get there and forget why I went in the first place. I have had to resort to making very detailed lists at work to make sure I can try to stay on track. But sometimes I will just look at the list and kind of zone out.
Now tonight I had this most annoying sensation ( which I have had before ) all though out my body I have this tingly almost itchy body spasms. Even with mild sleep aids I got no sleep at all. It seems like any point that I was mildly relaxed my hand would twitch, or my leg would itch!!
Any feed back would be amazing. And if this post does not make sence take into account that I haven't slept yet!!
