Fullness in head, dizziness, and lack of libido

I have fullness in my head. I have had an MRI and it shows nothing additionally I have been to the ENT who suggested I may have Menieres. HOwever it also affects my ability to maintain strong erections during sex which the ENT said should not be a side affect of Menieres. I believe that somehow the fullness is affecting my sensory nerves but have not been able to find the right route to go down for help - any ideas on how to relieve this or what might be causing it?
